FounderMyrna Passalacqua, Esq., founder of our firm, has over 30 years of experience in the legal field. Her career has made her an attorney who dominates several areas of law and her character assures her clients an extremely kind and compassionate treatment.
As a native of San Juan, PR, Myrna has an extensive and distinguished career. She has served in the Puerto Rican legislature, as a judge, and gained valuable experience in private law before ultimately putting her own shingle up as a solo attorney. Myrna earned her law degree from the University of Puerto Rico and always dreamed of opening a law practice that would leave a lasting legacy. Her commitment to excellence and dedication to her clients have established her as a respected and influential figure in the legal community.

AttorneyMonik Markus, Esq. has worked as an attorney for the firm since September 2023. Prior to becoming an attorney, she assisted the founder of the firm as a case manager and law clerk. Monik earned their law degree from Florida A&M University in 2023, a master’s degree in Global Affairs from Yale University in 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida in 2011.
With a diverse professional background, Monik has experience in international development as a manager at a non-profit, the diplomatic sector as a Public Affairs Director, and as an assistant to the Ambassador of Afghanistan in Washington, DC. Her legal experience includes interning with NPR's Office of General Counsel and working as a legal writer for other law firms. Specializing in estate planning and family laws, Monik brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their practice.
